Tangent Scale Models 25516-02 HO Scale 86′ Auto Parts Boxcar Conrail “X60R 1976” CR 295612

Conrail (CR) “X60GR Repaint 1976+ Large Logo” is our first Greenville 86’ auto parts offering in the “early Conrail” era. These X60GR class cars represent the former Penn Central X-60-R original delivery cars that were produced in 1970. Conrail repainted some of these cars at Meadville, PA at the former EL shops, complete with a gigantic can opener between the paired set of doors. These 1970 cars have truck-mounted brake gear, End-of-Car Cushioning components and Gypsum crossover platforms along with accurate 70-Ton trucks and 33” wheels. Conrail 1976 models are ready to operate with four different road numbers!
